Gentle and soft-spoken yet firm and determined with his goals and ambitions, Dr. Joey has made a name for himself in the cosmetic surgery industry. He is one of the most sought cosmetic surgeon in the country today, runs his own clinic and Skin Care Center in Malate named Figure-Up Cosmetic Surgery Clinic and Skin Care Center as well as in the Dr. Victor R. Potenciano Medical Center (formerly Polymedic Medical Hospital ) . He has two other clinics in Clinica Manila and World Citi Medical Center.
He is a fellow of the Philippine Academy of Aesthetic Surgeons, Philippine College of Surgeons and Philippine Society of General Surgeons. He is also a Diplomat of the Philippine Board of Surgery.
